  • How Ghostwriting Works

    1. Quick fit chat (15 min).
    We confirm it’s a match and choose your cadence: Lite (2 posts/month) or Standard (4 posts/month).

    2. Voice & goals intake.
    You’ll complete a short intake with 2–3 content samples. This helps me lock onto your tone, audience, and the CTAs you want each piece to drive.

    3. Topic pitches.
    At the start of each cycle, I send you 4–6 mini-pitches. You’ll choose your 2 or 4 within the pick window. If you don’t reply, I’ll select based on priority so momentum doesn’t stall.

    4. Drafting.
    I handle the research, angle, and writing (600+ words, in your voice, with conversion built in).

    5. Delivery & edits.
    Drafts land 5 business days before month-end, with room for tweaks. You get one light edit per post within 7 days (tone or small changes).

    6. Final files.
    Edited drafts are finalized before month-end, ready to publish the following month.

  • The Content Oracle is for business owners who want to write their own content but need strategic direction - I tell you what to write, how to structure it, and where to guide readers so your time pays off.

    Ghostwriting is the full package - I handle the research, strategy, writing, and optimization. You review, approve, and publish.

    The difference:

    • Oracle = Monthly strategic direction. You do the writing.

    • Ghostwriting = I do everything. You just post.

  • It really depends on your goals and what kind of bandwidth you’ve got. In the intake, I’ll suggest a publishing rhythm that actually fits your team. Some folx do two posts a month, others go weekly (and a few crank out even more). The Oracle makes sure that whatever your pace, you’re putting energy into the pieces that matter most.

  • “Just” blog content? Please. Blog posts can carry your whole marketing engine when they’re done right. ;)

    While this centers on blogs, you can use the Content Oracle to look at templates and topics for service pages instead of blogs.

  • Nope, I’m not here to trap you in a year-long blood oath. I recommend sticking around for a minimum of 3 months to start seeing consistent returns, but you can leave any time.
