SEO Migration Support for Small Business Websites
Platform migrations are where SEO goes to die, and where I come alive. Unsupported migrations are where rankings vanish, pages break, and three months later you're looking at a flatlined traffic graph, begging to know what went wrong.
Hand it over. All of it. The audit, the page mapping, the URL structure, every technical decision that decides whether Google, and the AI engines now crawling everything, still want to visit. I take control so you don't have to.
You don't need to learn how to please an algorithm. You need someone who already knows exactly what it wants, and who demands you keep every ounce of ranking power the old one earned.
Why me?Ten years in SEO, and fifty-plus migrations without a surprise. I've handled moves big enough that one missed redirect could have cost thousands of pages and millions of dollars, and I've caught every one of those risks before launch.
Give me control of your migration.
You're going to like what happens.
Every migration starts the same way, with a full look at what's already working on your site so nothing gets left behind by accident. I find your highest-value pages, the ones carrying your traffic and your standing with Google, and build the plan around protecting those first. Then I hand you exactly what needs to happen and in what order, so nothing goes live without a home already waiting for it.
What's included
A full review and risk analysis of your current site
A complete redirect map so every old URL has a home on the new one
URL structure guidance for the new platform
Title tags and meta descriptions, transferred directly when the platform allows it, or handed to you or your web designer to copy and paste
Updates to keywords and meta-descriptions to improve your SEO
Recommendations on areas you can improve your content to continue boosting your SEO long after our work has ended.
What’s NOT included?
This is for the SEO items only, which covers a lot but does not include building your new website, or handling the design and development. I don't transfer your pages as that requires pages to work within your design and template but I do help ensure you have the right structure in place. I don't manage hosting, DNS, or platform setup.

FAQs
What does this cost?
1
Fill out the form for a free risk assessment. Migration support pricing depends on your site's size and how complex the migration is. Most engagements run between $950 and $3,000, with the final number based on your page count and how much technical risk your move actually carries. Once I've seen your risk assessment, I'll give you an exact quote built around what your site needs.
Do you build my new website?
2
No. I handle the SEO side of your move, the audit, redirect mapping, URL structure, and title and metadata setup. Your designer or developer handles the actual build.
What happens after I submit the form?
3
I'll review your sitemap and site details and send back a clear picture of your risk level, along with next steps if you want to move forward together. There's no pressure to book anything, you'll just know exactly where you stand.
What if I already migrated?

I can still help. Recovery work looks a little different from a planned migration, but it draws on the same skills, finding what broke, fixing redirects, and rebuilding what's fixable. Send me your site and I'll tell you honestly whether recovery is realistic and what it would take.
